Choose your desired product.

Add the product on your Cart (see picture).

At the UPPER RIGHT portion of the screen you’ll see a Cart button – Click on it (see picture).

Then Click the “PROCEED TO CHECK OUT” to add/edit your shipping address (see picture).

After adding desired shipping address. Click on the “PAYPAL” logo (see picture).

You will have a “POP-UP” menu with paypal Click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”. (NOTE: No need to log in with paypal)

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 5 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

if the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) on our contact us page for further investigation.

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo on our Contact Us Page.

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you.
